A mother, grandmother, teacher, and a native of Washington, DC.  Toni earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development with a minor in Sociology and pursued graduate studies in the field of Guidance and Counseling at Howard University. She also has a M. Ed in Early Childhood Education and is a member of the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education and the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc. In addition to that, she is a certified "Success Life Coach" .

While attending Howard, she worked for AT&T and C&P Phone Company, which later became Bell Atlantic, then Verizon.  She worked in telecommunications for 15 years, before deciding to change her career path to education.

As a parent and observing the educational needs of children, Toni decided that she wanted to become a teacher, and the opportunity became available in Prince Georges’ County Maryland, teaching Child Development 1, 2, and 3.  These courses provide real-world experiences for students to teach in daycare/preschool settings, internship programs at elementary schools as teacher aides, and career and cooperative work transitions.

After teaching Child Development for several years, she established her own business 7Goldbutterflies Educational Consultants, which provide services to Child Care Centers across metropolitan area for CDA, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

With a professional background in customer service and early childhood education; and the desire to advocate for the youth that grew from the disparities of educational institution policies and programs, it was a goal to address the overall developmental needs and well-being of the community youth. The vision to start a non-profit organization was inspired by her children’s experiences and challenges faced during high school and college recruitment processes. The dream became a reality, and Toni is now the Executive Director of All Challenges Mastered Inc; a spiritually focused organization that promotes higher order self-awareness with family and community partnerships.

Toni currently is a member of PFPMA (Professional Football Players Mothers Association) and serves on the committees of membership, education, and national events.  She is also a member of the Maryland State Advisory Council for Early Childhood Education-Child Development Associate High School Career and Technical Education Program, and serves on the Industry Credentialing and Internship Opportunities committee.

Toni currently resides in Prince George's County and is certified with an advanced professional teaching certificate and a certified instructor with the American Red Cross. She loves to write and travel and her favorite foods all come in the color green.
